New visa screening and medical testing center opens in Abu Dhabi
A new center for preventing diseases and screening visas has been established in the industrial area of Mussafah in Abu Dhabi. This initiative is part of PureHealth’s efforts to ensure that residents have access to quick, easy, and convenient medical check-ups and screening facilities as the UAE’s largest integrated healthcare platform, and its subsidiary, Ambulatory Healthcare Services (AHS).
The center’s inauguration was attended by Matar Saeed Rashed Al Nuaimi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre (ADPHC), and Dr. Omar Al Jabri, Chief Medical Officer of AHS. Al Nuaimi emphasized the Emirate’s leadership’s commitment to providing the best preventive and curative health facilities and medical services to all community members.
Rashed Al Qubaisi, PureHealth’s Chief Corporate Officer, highlighted that the group has been providing care at the highest standards for the community, in line with the directives of the UAE’s leadership. He also emphasized the mission of enhancing the healthcare ecosystem and ensuring quality, reliable, and convenient access to essential health facilities.
Dr. Al Jabri explained that the health authorities aim to provide residents with easy access to high-quality curative, specialized, and preventive services. He added that accessible visa screening services are a top priority for the AHS, and they continuously expand their network by launching centers in locations frequented by the community.
AHS has been Abu Dhabi’s largest provider of visa screening services since 2006, with 16 disease prevention and screening centers spread across the Emirate. Apart from regular visa screenings, AHS offers fast-track and premium screening services at selected centers. The center is open seven days a week from 9 am to 6 pm and accepts both appointment-based and walk-in clients. The opening of this new facility located inside the Top Prestige Centre in Mussafah will undoubtedly contribute to raising the quality of life of every individual in the Emirate.
